Each year in November, Carroll County Recreation and Parks recognizes outstanding volunteers at an awards banquet. We encourage the WCRC community to identify a coach, staff member, parent or other WCRC volunteer that contributes to the WCRC programming in an exceptional manner by submitting a volunteer of the year nomination. All nominations must be received by October 1st of each year. Please send the nomination to the WCRC email.
